This temporary position will be for no more than three months - Pay 24-32/hour (depending on experience)

Position Overview:

The Accounting Clerk – Accounts Payable is responsible for applying principles of accounting to maintain financial records and prepare financial reports within a corporate environment.

Duties And Responsibilities:

• Prepare and enter accounts payable batches into the system for payment.
• Compile and verify inventory counts three times a month for projections and month-end reporting.
• Perform other job-related duties as required or assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent- Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
