The purpose of the night shift maintenance mechanic is to ensure smooth operation of plant machinery and equipment by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to support safe, quality, can production.
Summary of duties and responsibilities of a night shift mechanic:
· Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery and equipment.
· Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
· Ensure product quality and compliance by performing scheduled quality checks and monitoring key specifications.
· Respond promptly to mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure safe, high-quality production.
Minimum requirements:
This position requires mechanical aptitude, experience in production, and ability to use precision measurement tools. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are required.
Current Job Openings – Electricians ($41.35 per hour)
Current Shift Openings – Nights, 6 pm until 6 am, 4 on 4 off Schedule
Must be able to train on days for at least 6 months – Monday through Friday schedule
The purpose of the night shift electrician is to support basic plant operations through the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of all plant electrical systems and components.
Summary of duties and responsibilities of a night shift electrician:
· Maintain and troubleshoot all plant electrical systems and devices.
· Support installation and upgrades of equipment.
· Perform process checks and safety inspections.
· Communicate/Coordinate with contractors to ensure machine functionality.
· Complete administrative tasks such as logbooks and data entry accurately.
Minimum requirements:
This position requires a high school diploma or GED, experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with a focus on electrical systems, and proficiency with Windows applications.
